IT and MIS Development WASSAN has worked together with the software developer, SPMU, domain experts and IFAD to design the project web MIS based on the monitoring and evaluation framework as laid out in the original logical framework, at the same time has been continuously updating it as newer requirements came to the fore along the project life-cycle.
