Quarterly Report Work Done As the Lead Technical Agency - WASSAN (Watershed Support Services and Activities Network) has been involved in the AP Drought Mitigation Project since its inception. Our team of experts has supported the project in a range of capacities which includes but is not limited to project strategy, support to planning and budgeting, activity design, process guidelines, generating knowledge products, capacity building of LFA and DPMU staff, IT and MIS Development, demonstrations and piloting, liasoning with other agencies, procurement support, process monitoring, communications, project publications etc. Given below are the quarterly work done reports which include quarterly time allocated by experts and corresponding outputs.
